Gentle Care Nursing

Manual patient intake swallowing the week.

The Gentle Care Nursing website and intake system

Tyson Kaye built Gentle Care Nursing a conversion website joined to automated patient intake: 20 hours of administration saved every week, online bookings up 150 percent, and patient satisfaction holding at 99 percent.

[01.] The leak

Every new patient meant forms, phone calls, follow-ups and re-typing the same details into different systems. The team was spending the better part of a working week on administration instead of care. Meanwhile the website did little more than exist, so most intake still started with a phone call.

[02.] The build

A conversion website joined to an automated intake system. New patients move from first click to confirmed booking without a staff member touching the process: details captured once, validated, and delivered where the team actually works. The website was rebuilt to earn trust quickly, because in healthcare the family deciding at 10pm is the one that matters.

[03.] The result

Twenty hours a week back, every week. Online bookings up 150 percent, and patient satisfaction holding at 99 percent because the team spends its time nursing instead of retyping. The system runs around the clock and never loses a form.
